Summary: Who did what?

It
was something that none of us had expected.
When
I watched them taking him out, chained up in handcuffs, it still didnīt
seem real. Something about it, it was like an image on a screen that I
didnīt have to deal with.
In
our own ways, we knew that something was wrong with him. Heīd always been
odd, to put it nicely. He tried to appear normal, but the anger and hate
rolled off of him.
Then,
he left one night. And the first disappearance happened.
I
knew. How could I not? But, we all turned a blind eye to what had
happened. The fact that he had gone out, a man had disappeared from the town
and he came back in a better mood, we pretended not to notice because, well,
we love him despite those flaws.
It
was only after the fourth time that we realised it wasnīt going to stop
like we had thought, but we couldnīt turn in him in. I donīt know who did in
the end, who told where the bodies were, but it was many kills later.
I
knew he had a borderline personality. Maybe every mutant has it, the human
side and the mutant side, but his, itīs far more pronounced.
And I
wonder who killed those young men. Was it the mutant who had developed
a sociopathic personality?
Or
was it the human who had done it, the raped, abused and tortured young
man?
Iīll
never know who killed those fourteen men, all of whom were guilty of
abuse of some kind or another, whether or not the law recognised it.
Was
it the sociopathic and twisted mutant?
Or
was it Scott?
